Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of the date your order was shipped or picked up. If 15 days have gone by since your order was shipped to you or picked up, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include gift cards and health & personal care items (i.e. soaps, feminine products). If you are unsure, please contact us to find out if your purchased item is eligible for a return.
To complete your return, contact us with your order # for a return form and mail this back with your order.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for your returns.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and are not responsible for items we do not receive.
Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will send you an email to notify you with the amount of refund you will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the item was defective, incorrect or damaged, we do not refund shipping costs and will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days. If you haven't received a refund after 5-7 days, contact us and we will work with you to resolve this issue.
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we'll provide you instructions on how to exchange your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
